Developers drop $11M on waterfront Golden Beach lot

The daughter of Paraguayan businessman Aldo Zuccolillo sold an oceanfront plot of land in Golden Beach for $10.7 million.

A group of developers, including Treo Construction CEO Ricardo Halfen and SDH Studio architect Stephanie Halfen, purchased the property at 255 Ocean Boulevard, according to the buyers’ agent,  Alan Eskenazi Bone  of Miles Goldstein Real Estate.

The buyers plan to build a spec home of up to 15,000 square feet on the 0.65-acre lot, he said. The site has 100 feet of ocean frontage.
